Board of Directors

Scilla Andreen

Scilla has 26 years of film and TV experience. She is an award-winning producer, director and Emmy-nominated costume designer. She created the Film Festival in a Box and sits on the board of The Film School and Seattle Interactive Conference She is a popular speaker, juror and tireless champion of independent film.

Sarah Imbach

Sarah is an active angel investor and start-up advisor. Before locating to the PNW, Sarah was an early, pre-IPO, senior executive at three different Silicon Valley unicorns: COO at 23andMe, Chief of Staff and VP of Revenue & Operations at LinkedIn, and SVP Customer Service Operations & Fraud at PayPal. Her investments have primarily focused on consumer internet, consumer goods, health tech and SaaS.

Greg M. Moga III

Greg M. Moga is the Principal of Moga Investments LLC., providing angel investing to clean energy, biotechnology and media start-ups. Greg was the Executive Producer of American Public Television's Emmy-award winning series, The Artist Toolbox, which aired on Chicago's WTTW. He is the owner and Managing Director of the Seattle Sperm Bank (SSB), and CEO of the International Revenue Recovery Group (IRRG). Greg is a trustee of the Washington State Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, and serves on the International Board of Advisors (ICOA) of the National Geographic Society.

Paul Pigott

Paul has extensive experience with start-up & small businesses in both technology and manufacturing. He founded, co-founded or invested in a number of pre-IPO companies including Gear.com (Overstock.com), Avenue A, and Coinstar. As owner & CEO he has led La Panzanella to become the largest specialty cracker company in the US.

Carlo Scandiuzzi

Carlo has more than 30 years experience as philanthropist, executive, board member and community leader. As CEO of ACT Theatre, Carlo led the organization through a successful turnaround, fully activating a landmark building and generating a new hub of the creative community. As founder of Clear Pictures, Indie-Flix and a successful concert promoter with Modern Productions, he made movies for global release, and brought musical legends to Seattle. As a philanthropist and board member for many organizations, Carlo knows how to invest and how to advise. He’s a trusted confidant for many, and a visionary leader.

Tucker Tooley

Tucker is a film producer and CEO of Tooley Productions LLC. Films he has produced or executive-produced have cumulatively earned more than $1.2 billion at the domestic box office. Most recently, Tooley was President of Relativity Media. Tooley is a Member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences as well as the Producers Guild of America.
